There are several options for learning about and practicing meditation. Mindful with John provides mindfulness meditation training without the need to be a part of a specific community or religious group. There is no need to join a class or be a part of a psychotherapy or yoda group. We are focused solely on providing meditation training, period!
We meet you where you are at, both figuratively and literally! Our programs are always adaptable to the needs of the meditation student. Also, being based in the greater Columbus area, our programs will be personal in a way that online content or expensive seminars cannot be.

John values personal connections to form meaningful student-teacher relationships. But having said that, John often takes a light touch. You can expect sessions to be serious, but not overly formal. John will often ask probing questions in order to guide the conversation. John will listen and try to adapt the material to suit the needs of the student.
